We are looking for a seasoned National Key Account Manager to lead supermarket partnerships nationwide. You’ll drive growth, visibility, and profitability across modern trade, ensuring Frutta products are well listed, promoted, and distributed.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage JBPs with top supermarket chains.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and promotions.
Lead supermarket-focused sales teams and ensure flawless execution.
Drive in-store visibility through activations, planogram compliance & POS.
Collaborate with supply chain to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.
Analyze sales/market trends to unlock growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Sales within FMCG (modern trade/supermarkets focus required).
Strong track record in contract negotiation, sales growth, and team leadership.
Excellent relationship management and data-driven decision-making skills.
